Shipping and Delivery

Correctly paid orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
All orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays will be shipped on the first working day.
Delivery of the Products is carried out in:

  • Italy;
  • Europe (EEC);
  • Europe (EXTRA EEC) – duties, taxes excluded and possible delays in customs clearance;
  • United Kingdom (UK);
  • Switzerland – duties, taxes excluded and possible delays in customs clearance;
  • Türkiye;
  • Russia;
  • Canada;
  • United States (USA) – excluding duties, taxes and possible delays in customs clearance;
  • Australia;
  • China;
  • Rest of the world.

Delivery times of the Products from the time the order is sent vary depending on the delivery area and are indicatively:

  • Italy 2/5 working days;
  • Europe – United Kingdom (EEC) 3/6 working days;
  • Europe/Switzerland (EXTRA-EEC) 3/6 working days – duties, taxes excluded and possible delays in customs clearance;
  • Türkiye 4/6 working days;
  • Russia 4/8 working days;
  • United States 4/6 working days – excluding duties, taxes and possible delays in customs clearance;
  • Canada 4/6 working days;
  • Rest of the World approximately 5/9 working days.

The delivery days indicated are indicative and not peremptory. The Seller therefore reserves the right to deliver the products within 30 days of sending the order.
We try to do our best to ensure that orders are delivered as soon as possible and within the expected dates, but there may be delays in deliveries which are not attributable to us but are due to:

postal or courier delays;
busy periods such as sales, Christmas holidays, holidays etc.;
logistic problems;
adverse weather conditions;
the inability of the couriers to deliver to the indicated address.

However, you always have the possibility to follow the order path via tracking that arrived together with the shipping confirmation, or contact us at the email address: customercare@modasexy.it.

Modasexy is not responsible for any loss or theft of packages following specific instructions provided by customers to the couriers in charge of the orders.

It is up to the customer to check the status of the delivered product. Without prejudice to the fact that the risk of loss or damage to the product, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, transfers when you, or a third party designated by you and other than the carrier, physically comes into possession of the product, Modasexy recommends that you check the number of products received and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the closing materials and you are invited, in your interest, to indicate any anomalies on the courier’s transport document, accepting the package with reserve.
In the event that the package shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, it is advisable to promptly notify Modasexy via email to customercare@modasexy.it.
With reference to the possibility of requesting delivery of the Products to a “collection point”, Modasexy informs that we do not offer the possibility of collecting the product at a “collection point” other than the address provided by you during the purchase process.
However, you are invited to regularly access the Site to check whether this delivery option is subsequently made available.

Attention:
For shipments to non-EEC countries, the United States (USA), customs duties and/or duties may be required on imported goods.
These taxes are established and applied when the goods enter the buyer’s country. Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
We therefore advise you to inquire at the Customs office in your country to find out the exact amount of these costs.
